Lisa is the President and Founder of SERA Healthcare Solutions. With over a decade of recruiting experience, she has extensive knowledge of the general staffing industry with a specific focus and expertise in healthcare recruitment.

 

Lisa spent the early part of her career working for some of the largest New York City based staffing firms, placing a wide variety of candidates including Accounting and Human 

Resources professionals. Eventually Lisa discovered her true passion as Vice President of Healthcare Services at The Response Companies in New York. While there, Lisa founded their healthcare division that ultimately grew from a single-person operation into a high-performing team of ten recruiters located in multiple offices throughout the Northeast region.  Her strong dedication and comprehensive industry knowledge was instrumental in strategically developing the department to be one of the most profitable in the company.

 

A typical recruitment firm teaches their employees to identify and place qualified candidates quickly and in great volume. Lisa started SERA Healthcare Solutions to slow down that process and focus exclusively on individuals who seek more personalized service. Her professional mission is to build strong partnerships, create high quality placements, and forge meaningful client/candidate relationships. 

 

Lisa graduated from the University of CT in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In her spare time she enjoys reading, skiing, exercising and living a very healthy lifestyle.
